Irish House Price Index

The Ireland Index of House Prices is based on monthly mortgage sales in the Republic of Ireland and therefore gives a comprehensive representation of house prices in Ireland.
Due to the limited amount of sales data available to the ESRI & Permanent TSB this index is now released each quarter.
