This House Price graph shows the property price statistics for the Dublin, National & Outside Dublin areas in Euro. The Permanent TSB/ESRI House Price Index is regarded as the most indicative source of change for property prices in the countries real estate.

Due to the limited amount of sales data available to the ESRI & Permanent TSB this index is now released each quarter. The house price graph clearly shows that home prices in Ireland reached a peak around the first quarter of 2007 and since then value has declined.
